Taj Mahal: Following breakfast The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan is credited for building this marble masterpiece. He did it as a memorial to his adored wife, Arjumand Bano Begum, also called Mumtaz Mahal, who passed away in A.H. 1040 (A.D. 1630). “Taj Mahal build a tomb in her memory such as the world had never seen before” was her final request to her husband.

 The Mughal mausoleum known as ITMAD DAULA (BABY TAJ) is located in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, in the city of Agra. It is the tomb of I’timād-ud-Daulah. MEHTAB GARDEN’S TAJ SUNSET: The first of eleven Mughal-constructed gardens along the Yamuna, opposite the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort, was Ram Bagh. The MehtabBagh garden was the final one. It is stated that Emperor Babur (d. 1530) constructed this garden.
